We ship using USPS First Class mail for both Domestic and International Shipping
Domestic Orders is $6.50 on orders under $100 Free shipping on orders over $125
International Shipping is $22.00 on all orders
Recipient is responsible for all Duties, Taxes, and Custom Fees applied for their home country
***As with all businesses shipping Swiss Flower and Gift has no control over the postal system or how long an item is in customs. Please note this before reaching out about a package.
International shipping can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. IF you would like to purchase a quicker shipping option with insurance please email us and we will be happy to help.
All return inquiries need to be emailed to heidi@swissflowerandgift.com before shipping items back.
Please include name and order number in returned package.
All returns must be made within 7 days (1 week) of receipt with our tracking
